Milan Č. during the 1000 miles event:

My head and feet are fine so far, the weather is awful, but the jacket is holding up. And on warm nights, when it's a waste of time to hunt for a sleeping bag in my backpack, it also comes in handy.

Well, and in the evening over a beer, and in the morning when packing up the bivouac... actually, I'm surprised I ever take it off.

A little testing over the weekend.

I was quite surprised at how well it works. An hour of heavy rain was fine, 4 hours with a wet backpack on my back was fine, and I didn't even get too hot going uphill. It even "breathes" better than ordinary nylon. Gore Windstopper is definitely worse. Hood - I've never had a better one. The cut has been improved. Negatives - when the hood is rolled up, the strap scratches my neck. The chest pocket protrudes so much into the side that the items in it can get in the way of forward arm movement. I'll take some photos next weekend... So, many thanks.

Review by J. Šmoldas on the Expedition jacket:

I tested the jacket thoroughly in rain, wind, and sand. I think it passed with flying colors :-)
