How can I start a custom collaboration? We will solve the complete assignment, the solution process and the final result. And we will ask you for a client review.

we can sew the 1st piece for your idea if everything fits

1*) For technical products, the pattern is drawn and cut out of plastic film. By trial and error, we sew one piece of the product to fit the proportions. We will probably mess up and fine-tune the cut immediately. Sometimes the first time, sometimes the third time. Then we cut the pieces according to the pattern and sew them together. Hours of work and our own know-how. (1st piece = 3 pieces due to spoiled material and time spent on the new thing).

We will calculate the price and offer you 3 possible scenarios:

A single piece? Price of initial work + price per piece of product + availability of material + delivery date. It won't be little, but the quality and solitaire that others don't have and you can't buy anywhere is worth it

Multiple pieces down to the low teens? Lower cost of initial work + price per piece of product + material availability + delivery date. Optimal condition for both parties

Significant number of pieces? Low to zero cost of initial work + price per piece of product + material availability + delivery date. You will push the price down, but we won't give in, we have our pride

We sew the lighting system in the form of a paspule directly into the jacket and insert the power bank into the pocket. The jacket can be used in the normal way without restrictions. You can light it up as needed, you can wash it.
We sew a snap system into the jacket and you insert the waistband from the outside. It's like the clip system on bike panniers, where you have the base permanently attached to the frame or seatpost and you just clip the pannier on. You can use the jacket without restriction, it's just slightly distorted by the tiny plastic clips. You only clip the light on for when you need it, you don't need to wear it permanently.
You get loose shirts that you fasten over the jacket. This is the system we prefer in Faramugo. The jacket is stiffer, heavier, and less packable with a permanently sewn-in light. Most of the time you have the system in there unnecessarily, and it's easier to ruin it with constant wearing and washing. With a clip-on lighting system, you don't normally wear and wash the jacket with it, but the clips can still get in the way and things can get caught in the loose waistband. Maybe not ideal for climbing. You just throw the scabbards over the jacket and adjust any looseness in size. You're perfectly visible from the front and the back, as well as from the side.

We offer Czech active LED lighting for sports and outdoor activities in short winter days as shapeable clothing harnesses. Faramugo was at the very beginning of the technology, when we integrated the system into jackets, cycling helmets and warning vests.
